1. Caste Certificates

Where to apply for Caste Certificate ?
The citizen can apply for the above at the nearest eSEVA centres identified for their respective mandals. The list of eSEVA centres with address and contact nos. have been provided here.

The application form can be downloaded from the website of Hyderabad Collectorate (https://www.hyderabad.ap.gov.in/revenue/downloads.aspx)(or)

  • How to apply for Caste Certificate ?
    The following documents / enclosures are required to be submitted while applying for Caste Certificate are :
    • Application Form with Rs 2 / - Court fee Stamp
    • Two different Gazettted Officers certification
    • Attested copy of T.C
    • Previous Caste Certificate of either applicant or blood relatives on if any, Sangam Certificate
    • Ration Card or Any proof of Residence like electricity/ Gas/ Telephone/ Voter I.D Card etc.
    • Notary Affidavit on RS 10/ -Non Judicial Stamp paper
    How to apply for Other Backward Class Certificate ?
    The following documents / enclosures are required to be submitted while applying for Other Backward Class Certificate are :
    • Application Form with Rs 2 / - Court fee Stamp
    • Two different Gazettted Officers certification
    • Notary Affidavit on RS 10/ -Non Judicial Stamp paper
    • Ration Card/ Voter I.D Card/ Electricity/ Driving License/ Gas bill/ Telephone bill (BSNL) to show proof of residence
    • IT returns / Income proof for last (3) years / Salary particulars. etc..
    What are the service charges for Other Backward Class Certificate ?
    The citizen has to pay Rs. 20 / - at the eSEVA Centre at the time of applying for the Other Backward class certificate.
    How to apply for Non-Creamy Layer Certificate ?
    The following documents / enclosures are required to be submitted while applying for Non-Creamy Layer Certificate are :
    • Application Form with Rs 2 / - Court fee Stamp
    • Two different Gazettted Officers certification
    • Notary Affidavit on RS 10/ -Non Judicial Stamp paper
    • Ration Card/ Voter I.D Card/ Electricity/ Driving License/ Gas bill/ Telephone bill (BSNL) to show proof of residence
    • IT returns / Income proof for last (3) years / Salary particulars. etc..
    What are the service charges for Non-Creamy Layer Certificate ?
    The citizen has to pay Rs. 20 / - at the eSEVA Centre at the time of applying for Non-Creamy Layer certificate.
    What is the time frame for providing services for the applications ?
    Issuance of Caste / OBC / Non-Creamy Layer certificate : within (15) days from date of application
    What are the service charges for Caste Certificate ?
    The citizen has to pay Rs. 20 / - at the eSEVA Centre at the time of applying for the Residence Certificate.
    How to Know the status of Certificate Applied ?
    The status can be verified by the citizen by using the ‘Know your status’ option in the website of Hyderabad Collectorate (http://www.hyderabad.ap.gov.in/revenue/status/cer_status.aspx) by entering "CCR" or "CCN" and the Collectorate Regd., No given by eSEVA.
    Where to collect the Certificate applied ?
    The citizen has to collect the certificate from the same eSEVA center where it is applied as per the date given in the acknowledgement.
    Whom to contact in case of any difficulty ?
    At each eSEVA the contact numbers have been provided . Similar contact numbers are also available at the Mandal office.
